It is a cottage located a short distance from Dublin. The ‘garden’ is really a small parkland of 11 acres and has a river running through it. It is a quiet, private haven with plenty of wildlife in the garden which is enclosed with a long historic wall on one sid. On the other side of the river is another entrance with ample parking, a tennis court.

The light is remarkable throughout the property – external and internal light filled areas. The parkland is planted a lot of beautiful trees 40 years old including many sally willows and various specimen trees.
